ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION NOTICE FOR FY-2025-26

Dear Member,

1. We hope this message finds you happy and healthy. As we approach the beginning of a new fiscal year we would like to remind you about the upcoming payment of Annual Subscription for FY: 2025-26.

2. Last year we introduced a cloud-based club management software/member portal and RFID smart cards to enhance the CSOI Club experience. Members can now conveniently book rooms and banquets online, recharge their smart cards, and enjoy seamless access and transactions. These upgrades aim to provide a modern hassle-free and efficient club experience.

3. On April 01, 2025 the club management software will auto deduct the Annual Subscription from the member’s Smart Card (Membership Card issued by CSOI) linked to your membership account. To check the smart card balance please login to CSOI member portal https://www.csoi.in/member/ by using your login credentials [For example, if you are a Regular (Permanent) Member and your M. No. is 1234, use 1234 as User ID and Password]. A Tenure Member with M. No. T-123 can login using T-123 (hyphen to be included) as User ID & Password. This password can subsequently be changed by logging into the member portal under "Member Profile."

4. You are requested to recharge your Smart Card accordingly through website/ mobile app and ensure sufficient balance for auto deduction of Annual Subscription payment as per your membership status as Local/ Outstation. The fee details are as under: -

(a) Regular/Tenure (In station) Member: Rs. 6000 + GST 18% = Rs.7080/-

(b) Regular (Outstation) Member: Rs. 3000 + GST 18% = Rs. 3,540/-

Members are kindly reminded that the last date for payment of annual subscription charges is April 15, 2025. The late fee charges will automatically be charged w.e.f. April 16, 2025 as per the laid down policy mentioned below:

I. NIL: If payment is made on or before 15th April of the year preceding the financial year to which it relates.

II. Rs. 500+18% GST: As late fee will be charged if payment is made between April 16th and September 30th of the respective financial year, while services remain active.

III. Rs. 2,500 +18% GST: As late fee will be charged if payment is not made between October 1st and March 31st of the respective financial year, resulting in the blocking of services in CSOI.

IV. Rs. 10,000+18% GST: As late fee will be charged if payment is not made for one full financial year, resulting in the blocking of services in CSOI.

V. Rs. 15,000+18% GST: As late fee will be charged if payment is not made for two consecutive financial years, resulting in the blocking of services in CSOI.

Note* if payment is not made after two financial years the name of the member goes into the termination list, and after that member can apply for fresh membership and if approved then officer pays the fresh membership charges along with outstanding dues.

Tenure Membership of CSOI

1. It may please be noted that the Tenure membership is coterminous with the Central deputation/ superannuation whichever is earlier. Members are required to inform CSOI about their completion/ extension of Central Deputation Tenure.

2. E-mails are sent on regular basis to all the tenure members who have completed their Central deputation and to those who are about to complete their tenure in near future.

3. The date of completion of central deputation tenure is provisioned in the system, which automatically de-activates the smart card on expiry of tenure, thus the member will be debarred from using the facilities in CSOI.

4. The officers are once again requested to furnish their details regarding extension/ completion of Central deputation tenure to avoid any inconvenience while using the club facilities.
